Patrick Bengio is a composer, choir conductor, guitarist, oudist, from Quebec and Moroccan origins. His multiple influences fuse into a single musical language infused with the subtlety of Arabic and Middle Eastern melodies, the rhythmic energy of progressive rock and the resonance of the harmonic textures of western classical music. His projects are invitations to enter ecosystems, vocal or instrumental, ripe with softness, joy, energy and dream.
Canopées
Canopées is a choir created in 2022 to sing Patrick Bengio's music in concert, with poetic themes exploring nature and community.
